Booking a course at short notice

Can a training course be delivered in-company?
If you are interested in one of our training course being delivered in house, please contact us at info@sees.pk and complete your requirements to enable us to put together a quote for you. A member of the team will then be in touch with further details and a quote.
Can I change the delegate name for the training/event I have booked?
SEES Training will change a delegate name free of charge. Please email us with the following details: Name, Job Title, Email and Contact Number of the new delegate and who they are replacing.
If you are booked onto one of our training courses in association with INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTES you may be subject to a registration charge or, in some cases, a name change might not be possible at all due to the registration deadline.
Can I cancel my course/event booking?
If you wish to cancel a booking with us you will be subject to a cancellation fee. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 15 days before the date of the course we will make a charge of 20% of the course fee. This will be invoiced to you or deducted from any refund of fees already paid. If you cancel a course booking within 15 days before the course date, or if the delegate fails to arrive, the full fee will still be invoiced and no refund of fees already paid will be made. This forms part of the terms and conditions that were agreed to when the booking was made.
Can I transfer my booking to a new date?
If you wish to transfer to a new date, the cost of this is 20% of the course fee. You are only able to transfer if your training course or event is outside 15 days of the course date. Unfortunately, if you are within 15 days of the course date you will be liable for the full cost of the course. This forms part of the terms and conditions that were agreed to when the booking was made.
